floette learns moonblast too, but it trades avg defense for very high special defense
actually florges is better than sylveon in all stats except HP

sylvy's a sp.def-er as well, but i think her sp.attack is also good

when i make a sylveon though i def want a female one. whether i'll actually use her that much in single player,  i dunno, but i want her for a possible team switch-in for playing against people or just when i feel like having a fairy type around i guess

i actually mostly just want a jolteon to replace raichu. i have a timid eevee ready to go for it too, i'm not sure why i haven't done it yet lol

it's actually 255 EV points possible in two stats but that's useless because you're wasting 4 possible EV points so pretty much everyone does 252/252/4 lol

and oh yeah i completely forgot about the destiny knot, i was only thinking about being able to force inherit one IV lol

The game no longer lets you raise any EV above 252.
I don't think Destiny Knot had any sort of breeding effect in the past

i know you can by water, fire, and leaf stones in a store at lumiose city, is there anywhere you can obtain thunderstones easily?

i know you can get stones fairly easily via secret super training but none of my pokes have maxed evs yet so i can't do that yet

Mega Stone prices are the easiest way to check style level

Supposedly, Global Link's web site tells you too, but not only does it take a while to update after a sync but the site seems to be under maintenance half the time so I've never gotten the chance to check it for this when I wanted to

Yes, there's an NPC in the town you unlock after Elite Four. He says the stat "can't be beat" if it's 31 IVs
