if electric terrain is in play, alolan raichu's speed doubles
i guess that makes raichu somewhat useful but you have to have it setup first and raichu didn't know it last gen

also I dislike that one fish Pokemon that only pseudoevolves and takes up an ability slot because they can only fit so many Pokemon into the cartridge
I hope they fix the bad egg errors that spontaneously happen too

No. Not even in real life. Electric eels etc. And it wouldn't be the first water/elec Pokemon anyway.

kaz, funny how you mention electric eels because they chose to make the only electric eel pokemon pure electric for balancing purposes
