sure electric/water sounds great on paper because electric types tend to be fast and ground types tend to be slow but they usually have poor defenses and earthquake is so common among faster non-ground pokemon
but it might have some viability in battles that aren't single battles because earthquake targets all pokemon in the field

No. Not even in real life. Electric eels etc. And it wouldn't be the first water/elec Pokemon anyway.

You of all people should know I don't know everything about pokemon anyway, for the existing water/elec type. Who are some water/elec types.

There are tons of pokemon with types that do that even as far back as gen 1

Every grass/poison, rock/ground, flying/bug etc.

it had such a bullshit ability too like levitate so it virtually had no weaknesses with its speed being the main shortcoming

yeah but on the other hand electric only resists itself and flying too. God I wanted to love elektross but its too damn slow and not sturdy enough or strong enough to overcome it except if it's allowed to coil for some reason

Rock (and poison) is weak to ground actually
the only ground types in gen I were either rock or poison types

i really hope this gen's obligatory dragons have some imagination put into them. i was pleased with how gen 6's were so different. goodra being a slime dragon and noivern being a bat dragon with SPEAKER EARS
