i've played for about 12 hours and i've still yet to ride a horse

also i think i kinda suck

i didn't ride my first horse until i was nearly finished with the main quest

and i hated it

which turned out to be true

So I got this horse following me now every time I fast travel and just now it ended up getting attacked and killed by some forsworn. Seconds after it gets killed I go to slash at the guy who killed it and I end up doing one of those finishers where I jump towards the guy and stab him. It all looked pretty cool.

horses are the most useless and irritating feature of the game, they're a terrible means of transportation and all they do is get in the way

i never ran into alduin resurrecting a dragon (other than the one the main quest forces you to see)

but my fear is that as soon as i'm done with the main quest i'll have no motivation to do anything else, which is often what happens if i complete a game when there are sidequests left to be done

i'm pretty sure i found all the volumes of lusty argonian maid in both oblivion and skyrim

and i saw two non-quest-related dragon resurrections

one thing i did want to see, which i was unable to make happen, was a partial resurrection that causes a skeletal dragon. you have to injure alduin before he finishes it. and the skeletal dragon only drops bones, no scales, upon death.
