The alt costumes we know of so far that are more than just a texture change are:

Villagers
Wii Fit Trainer (male)
Robin (female)
Koopalings (Bowser Jr alts)
Alph (Olimar alt)
Pikachu (hats)
Little Mac (wireframe)
Shulk (underwear)
ZSS (shorts)

Presumably, Jigglypuff keeps her hats and Wario keeps his overalls alt.

It's confirmed that the leaked roster was everything. People who have the game already get a message saying that all characters are now available after unlocking ROB.
So no, there really is no Ice Climbers, Mewtwo, Lucas, Wolf, Chorus Men, Ridley, etc. Unless the game gets DLC.
