i got a female salandit really quickly i didnt know that was difficult but it had a shitty nature
then i saw salazzle's stats and idk if i want to bother with trying to get another. i wanted one too  

Complete glass cannon. Its ability is kind of wasted on it

Could be okay as a revenge killer competitively

its ability is not a waste. the ability to toxic literally anything that switches in? it may be fragile, but just the ability to toxic something that would otherwise wall you is pretty fucking neato. and super safe.

i mean in the meta it probably won't be able to do much of anything else without a nasty plot setup and some bombass team synergy, but i would definitely not discount its very unique ability. and lmao it's one of the only new pokes that's actually got good speed

also i encountered three female salandits and accidentally killed both the first two

and then i OHKO'd it with schooling Wishiwashi's water Z-move

True enough, but if Salazzle used Toxic on it upon its switch-in, then as far as I'm concerned Salazzle did her job and she'll switch out anyway. Toxic is just a really easy, safe strategy that shouldn't be discounted. But yeah, if she had been just given a little more bulk, she could really shine.
