honestly i thought it was pretty good

how hilariously ironic that the only conference in which the metroid name would pop up would be microsoft's, lol (though after halo 4 i suppose it's not the first time)

the backwards compatibility announcement was a very welcome surprise, finally a significant feature differentiating the xbox from the ps4 (hopefully it encourages sony to explore the possibilities for at least ps2 and ps1 compatibility on the ps4 but tbh i have absolutely no faith in sony)

dark souls 3 looks amazing, as does tomb raider

I’m so fucking ready for this. This game, this series…it’s so good, it honestly shouldn’t even exist. So mature, so sophisticated, sad, happy, weird, everything. MGS4 was the first game that made me cry, I’m sure MGS5 will be an experience I’ll never forget as well.
