other two are definitely better. i don't really like how they overloaded thsi one with tons of bosses but then made so many of the bosses kind of throwaway and pointless, like the covetous demon you just fought. the lore is also less interesting and less fleshed out (not that it's super fleshed out in the previous games lol). atmosphere took a bit of a hit too.

it's a great game, just less inspired and interesting. some improvements are definitely there though, like an infinitely better menu system and more equip slots.

cool bosses but sorta boring areas and no lore worth mentioning. Ivory King was way cooler, even if its final boss is a pain in the ass.

all that's left is Iron King
