someone sent me a Japanese Gible over Wonder Trade so now i will use it and get a cool 1.7x exp boost to my eventual Garchomp

also, it's level 1, cause it was bred. so it's got egg moves and such. i wonder if the guy didn't want this particular one because he wanted a different nature, or because he's trying to get a shiny Gabite

if we are ever going to hold a pokemon tourney, we'd need to set some rules because not everyone here is into ev training and stuff like me, ypr, and snowy are (and idk if blu is)

we should have a tourney designated for normally-raised pokes and maybe keep ubers and borderlines out of it or something

and, should there be a level cap? really doubt all of us are going to have a level 100 team ready to go any time soon. maybe we should have a level 50 tournament first or something. save level 100 boyah tournaments for later.

-gen vi only pokes
-must include gen vi starter
-type-specific tourneys (dual type allowed obviously or this'd be really hard to do)

Well I think that if you play against someone online you can have it set to level 50 so even if I have level 100s and you have level 20s, they're all the same level and their stats are changed as such.

i meant only new pokes. i know there's only around 70 new ones, but still, such a limitation could cause some really interesting team choices imo
