i'm okay with it, it kind of segments having to catch them all between "catch what you can that's in the game" and "catch everything else". with a few months as a gap, i like it

plus it keeps all the fake mons out of wonder trade ugh

i like how the old pokemon cries are still there but sort of updated where it seemed fitting to update them, like a combination of the old sound and something new

it works pretty well imo

and there's pikachu who just has his anime voice now lol

but raichu doesn't......kind of disappointed they only did that for pikachu........even if i think anime pokemon voices are kinda dumb, it seems silly to leave it out for his evolved form
