Yes, I've been tipping most of the time. I've heard that, but I sort of doubt it's true, although otherwise I have no idea if tipping has any point at all.

Shiny Flabébé changes the green pants-like part to a purple color. This is for Blue-Flower, so I don't know if it's any different for the others. The rest of the body looks no different and the flower looks no different in this first evolutionary stage.

Sadly, this one has a nature of Lax, which reduces the Sp. Def, which I think is Florges's most important stat.

I obtained a Japanese Ditto from GTS a couple days ago to improve my shiny odds for eggs and expected to get one from those if anything.
