A lot of remasters never get localized. It's especially probable for a series whose four-year-old most recent entry also has never gotten a translation.

i would say that barely if at all qualifies as good news

what ps2 emulation means is that a very limited selection of ps2 titles will be put up for sale on psn while ps2 discs remain artificially incompatible with the ps4

but i want proper backwards compatibility

i dunno. my impression was that they ARE working to have discs work via emulation just like 360.

I mean they could just take the lazy route and port over the existing ps2 selection that's already on ps3's psn but i hope they would do better
