You can actually sell the dragon bones and scales to a couple of the shops in Whiterun (if you're hanging around there) and that's how I started off on my house fund as you probably won't need those things for a while. And then looting all of the dead bodies in the caves and trekking back and forth to town to sell all the loot.

also when i said "turn undead" i think i actually meant "banish daedra" or whatever
