i think on the whole mononoke is an easy 9/10, fantastic show

it's worth watching if you want more psycho-pass, but be warned that it's a shallow, soulless attempt at a sequel. it's decent, i guess. as a whole. but so many things about it are wrong, i could spend all day listing them.

i hope I can watch the movie without having to watch s2

Netflix only has 4 seasons

4 "seasons"? Are they each 13 episodes? So you're missing the last 12?

Hulu apparently has the last 12 (53-64) and Funimation's streams have all 64, but I think they both give you lots of ads and pretty poor video quality if you don't have a paid subscription. It's not on Crunchyroll at all.
Besides those streams, the only other legal option is buying the DVD or Blu-Ray sets.

Anime piracy is free and high-quality
but it's a little harder to pirate dubs if you prefer them, although for a show as popular FMA I'm sure it's still plenty easy enough to find
