I believe that God created the world, but it took way longer than six days. Six days to God would be around 6 billion years to us. I think God created the world and we evolved from there.

Genesis describes each day as having a morning and an evening - and this was how God told things to Moses, and, when speaking to humans, God always spoke in terms that could be understood by humans.
