I think it was posted on 4chan.

It was like
1 = 2/3 + 1/3
2/3 = 0.66666666666666666666666666666666
1/3 = 0.33333333333333333333333333333333
0.33333333333333333333333333333333 + 0.66666666666666666666666666666666 = 0.99999999999999999999999999999999
so then
0.99999999999999999999999999999999 = 1
