Ok guys. So there is this girl I've been hanging out with at college for about a month or two now. Her name is Amanda. Amanda and I have been getting really close, and now I think I might be in love with her. I think she might like me too, but I'm not sure. Anyway, on Wednesday night, we were hanging out in her room just talking about random stuff together up until two in the morning. we also had a snowball fight and watched a couple of movies together that night. God it was amazing.

The problem is, I really wanted to ask Amanda out, but we both left the college for winter break on Thursday. We talked to each other a bit over Facebook since then, but it's not the same. I wish I could see her again. We also live 70 miles away from each other, so it's not like I can just visit her. I really want to ask her out, though, to tell her how I feel. Should I just call her? Should I just wait until January when the next semester starts? What should I do?

Daddy

Why can't you hangout if it's only 70 miles?

Find a spot 35 miles away and going 60MPH it's only half an hour away. akudood;

I live on Long Island. She lives on Staten Island. Manhattan is kind of in the way.

I mean, sure we could hang out in Manhattan for a day I guess, but then there's the prospect of getting completely lost...

Why not go 200 km/h, it'd only be 15 minutes away. akudood;

Too bad you're in high school and there's only one black guy on our floor, and he's only half black.

YPrrrr

I'd wait until you two were back together at school. If you guys are watching movies together at night I think that would be the perfect time to make a move... Worked for me at least

Why does it seem like half the country's college students are from Long Island huhdoodame;

Well you can go hang out with her if you want I suppose... But if you're going to ask her out I think it would be better to do it when you'll be able to see her every day.

So should I call her then?

Still, 70 miles is kind of far to go and hang out.
