My 2600 broke. I tried to boot up a game of Raiders of the Lost Ark and Q-Bert, but the system kept shutting off. I had to wiggle the power supply thing in the back until it got into the correct position to make contact. I noticed it was unresponsive to my Master System controller. So, like I normally do, I pull the controller out and pop it back in to see if it works. The power shuts off. I reinsert the controller, knowing that I need to keep the power flowing through the system in order to reset the game controller recognition thing. As soon as I pop it back in, it starts back up again. Good. I pull the controller out, and it dies again. I tried about 15 times, until finally the little port in the back for the power source just falls into the system.
