• standard red new 3ds xl (with dual ips displays )

i would have preferred the black one but display quality is far more important than chassis color

I have a New 3DS lil guy, which is my primary 3ds as i got tired of how fucking bulky my big Old 3DS XL was. that said, i do still want to trade the old guy up for either a New 3DS XL or a New 2DS.

How can you tell if you have IPS displays?

you can often tell just by testing viewing angles




the more the image fades/discolors, the more likely the display is to be tn
