which store is closest to you? Crossgates has dipped a bit but the Colonie Center one has taken a big hit.

Yeah I've been a lot happier since I left Jay st. Much better quality of life.

When I lived there, they were both about the same. Colonie was a little closer and was by far the mall I was at more often. Crossgates is enormous though, so I'm not surprised they did more business.

The one in Colonie Center was also directly across from a Gamestop, so.

I feel like this advice only applies to girls. Not to intentionally stereotype or anything. But they seem to get in each other's hair more than guy friends do. Idk. Either way, living with friends isn't automatically a bad idea.

Having lived with guy friends it will inevitably strain the relationship as someone will be a neat freak or someone will be lazy about doing their share. Someone will be late with bills or not pay back friends they owe money. Someone will borrow/steal food, dishes, parking spaces whatever.

Honestly friends can end up taking a lot more liberties because they assume their friendmate will be cool about it when that's definitely not always the case.

Now obviously there are the advantages of always having your buddies around for spontaneous activities and such too.

I wouldn't say guys are any better or worse than girls though.

I thought it was the other way around
a stranger would make me feel tense
I can lounge and walk around in briefs with a friend and I wouldn't eat their food unless they allowed me to, and vice versa
living with friends is ideal living with strangers or by yourself seems so scary

Living alone is pretty great I don't even have to wear briefs if I don't feel like it

I can do chores at whatever speed I want, I never have to worry about someone being late with a bill or trying to replace a roommate if they moved out.

I liked living with strangers, pretty much all of them were very nice and friendly. I mean one still technically owes me 1000 bucks for heating but they were on food stamps and I felt bad for them. I suppose one did threaten to stab me with a knife when I "stole" his "gf" who he wasn't dating. But yeah it was usually fine

Friends are cool too but my friends were lazy fuckers who would rather let the trash can overflow than take it out so I'd rather not live with them again lol. Visiting is better
