EVO 2016 DISCUSSION

For those who don't know what EVO is- it's an annual tournament that always comes up around mid July and is probably the biggest major for Smash, MKx, MvC3, Tekken 6, SFV, KI- actually I'll just post the line up:



There are side events, too, like King of Fighters and some other titles, but these are the main events. 

I'm in it specifically for smash, but I do watch the other games regardless.

I'm devastated for Melee that PPMD isn't going.  I just want ALL formidable people to be there but there has to be at least ONE god absent all the time, jesus christ.  Hoping for M2K or Mang0 (or even PLUP or, or, even WIZZROBE, PLEASEEE) to take it, don't mind Leffen nor Armada, don't want Hbox to take it.  

I'm actually as excited for smash 4, too, because everyone who did good last year for some reason is doing worse than ever, specifically Nairo and ZeRo.  it seems more and more no-names making upsets and i LOVE it.

Also, it's also odd how Bowser, Bowser Jr., Palutena, Lucario. are actually doing alright.  idk if Jade's gonna attend EVO but she was fucking sick in CEO 2016.

wouldn't you rather have spacies v spacies or spacies v marth or spacies v shiek? hell even fox v. armada's peach is significantly more interesting than watching hbox

with how hbox plays it is so not exciting. not hating on him as a player since obviously he is amazing and he does what he has to do to win but christ it is not fun to watch

lol not too long ago

in smash4 evo stream, chu and nintendude (usually play ic's in melee- top 20 easily for those who don't know) were shown to play each other in pools

that was pretty interesting

i made a schedule that translates all the times to bangkok times and this is like the only part of evo that wont be incredibly inconvenient to watch lol
