Whats a good, non-destructive way of doing it?

Put it in your bathtub and turn the water on really slowly. Keep the DS on and make sure you have no game inside of the DS when you do this.

Its more then just random dust, i think some dust is stuck deep...it stops reading the card in the middle of gameplay >.<
