I really want Marie, and maybe green squidgirl (though I wish she was tan like squidboy)

don't let's

A cellphone seems like a horrible thing to pair with a handheld gaming device. Given battery life, phone call interruptions, horrible controls, a step back in the type, quality, and complexity of games, storage limitations. Probably some other things I'm not thinking of.

Sure, releasing some certain types of games on phones, but actually making a phone dedicated for gaming? And one from Nintendo? Eh...

Plus a lot of games would probably turn out like a lot of the touch control only ds games like star fox and some of those other ones.

Though I guess they could have controllers for it, wireless or one that it snaps into. (Like there already is for Android phones.) Or maybe some sort thin control pad that can attach and detach from the back or something.

But you'd also have to worry it doesn't get too bulky, which is something that a dedicated handheld can get away with to a certain extent.

If you had it down in your lap, you’re going to get into an accident!” Still, you can play the game entirely on the GamePad screen, if you like. Considering how vast the world is, it would keep you from monopolizing the TV.

Aonuma confirmed: the Wii U GamePad is a gimmick that distracts from gameplay and doesn't actually contribute anything positive to the experience.

nice to see it only took nintendo four years to admit this mistake

Samus Aran

it's funny he uses the gps comparison like that because using my phone's gps on my lap is exactly how i often navigate

silvertone

didnt u just get into accident?

Samus Aran

yes lmao but that was completely unrelated i was not using my gps as i knew where i was going

that deer also knew where it was going, straight into the front of my car

took them long enough but it's dumbfounding to me that they didn't discover this problem in basic product testing during r&d

this combined with miyamoto's grievances about the system not being powerful enough for star fox to look even passable serves as yet another unmistakable reminder of nintendo's absolute incompetence

lol tec you should be a food critic tbh

Well, unless I'll speaking too soon, WW HD is at least working and not throwing up any errors. At least for now.
