Link and Zelda both have a Twilight Princess alt costume as DLC.

So the TP presence is: Midna, Agitha, Zant, TP Link, and TP Zelda

Compared to every other outfit, his TP outfit has a darker shade of green and has a much more noticeable texture for details like fabric and hems that give it a hand-sewn appearance.

The Hyrule Warriors outfit has a scarf, blue gloves, shoulder armor, and glossier/regal-looking fabric

The other games' outfits biggest variation is in terms of whether he's wearing pants, gloves, and/or an undershirt. The undershirt varies between white (most 3D games), brown (most 2D games), and green (Toon Link)

but anyway, the difference in this alt costume isn't just clothes. Link's entire design, including hair color and face shape, changes to that of the Twilight Princess incarnation.
