I wonder if they will be getting rid of social links. Nothing in the trailer points it out.

That would kinda suck, but I also wouldn't mind too much. 1 and 2 didn't have them and they were great.

It seems like it will be a pretty big departure from 3 and 4, much like 3 was from 1 and 2.

But sometimes, change is a good thing, again like going from 2 to 3.

I'd like if they tweaked social links in a way that made them more accessible and that you aren't rigidly limited to one "right" choice.

yes, but... seeing as the trailer looks very noir-ish, at least in dungeons and wearing those masks or whatever, that could be related to missions or something, but at the same time, who knows, right?
