Explain this "rolling pokeball"?

I beleive you need 2 badges for traded Pokemon to listen to you.

You can find some in the Eternal Forest if you have Pearl and at the Lost Tower at night

If you want a Golem, but if you want a Golem. Make sure you have someone to trade and trade back

You put the Pokemans cartridge into the NDS cartridge. But, according to people here, you need to get all 151 Pogeymanz before you do that.

Oh, and I think the shaking Pokeball is the one that holds the Pokemon that's fighting.
