yeah, $200 is a lot for what is essentially an MVS/AES port handheld

however, it's still kind of a big deal because many MVS/AES games are either ridiculously expensive, were never actually ported to the home console (AES), or were never localized

and the AES in itself is a very pricey investment

but they're all 15+ years old and easily emulated so there's no reason to buy one unless you want to display it on your shelf
