I will then break it down into posts per hour and do the maths and put this in our News.

At 607 hours that's 29.14 posts per hour. 

With 5 members posting at any given time that's 5.23 posts member per hour.  With 10 it's 2.92 posts per member per hour.

If assume that there are 12 hours per day where posting is slow (and we will put "slow" at 0 posts in the hour, both 12 hours an 0 posts in that time are very liberal estimates) Each member really only needs to post 5.84-10.46 times per hour while active.


That's once every 5 minutes 44 seconds 17 milliseconds to once every  10 minutes 60 seconds 44 milliseconds.

Obviously we should try to surpass this though.
