Something about that face seems unnatural or otherwise odd to me

but I'd say male mostly because of the overall face shape and jaw, though the eyes, nose, and eyebrows seem somewhat feminine to me. The skin tone seems slightly different in that same area so I wouldn't be surprised if this is photoshopped.

I have also seldom seen an uglier person, because even if I am nice, I always know if you are ugly or not. He does not deserve that house. Think of the next leather chair you buy, his flesh could have touched it.
