No. Minnesota's bigwigs don't even really deal with it. They're pretty goddamn firm on the stance that marriage is between a man and a woman only. It's not exactly brought to court very often either. So little opposition to the legislature probably means we won't even consider legalizing it for quite some time.

By the way, a bill was just passed this year which calls for an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution which will strictly state that marriage is between a man and a woman only. It'll be voted on next year.

No. Florida banned both marriage and civil unions at a constitutional level in 2008 :(
