it's not THAT bad
i liked the first arc but the second one was eh and the ending was dumb

just finished reading JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable

it was easily the best part of the manga so far. great characters, great action, ridiculous Stands and powers, and a great balance between humor and action (like Battle Tendency had, but even better)
