Games that you tried to like but couldn't

Or maybe games that everyone else likes but you don't or vice versa.

Super Mario Galaxy. I really want to like this game, but I'm just not having fun. I've gotten 86 stars. Sure, there are some real cool galaxies, like Matter Splatter Galaxy, but there's no fun to be had. Maybe you could tell me why you liked it, so maybe I can try to like it in the same way.

Also, I love Deadly Creatures, but nobody even bought it. It had about 3000 sales in its first week out. Everybody that I know of who bought it, love it.

I really don't like the Donkey Kong Country games. The music is nice and atmospheric and all that, but those coins and the place with the rising poison is just fucking annoying (Talking about DKC2). It's not fun, it just makes you want to tear your hair out. After awhile beating the game just became a chore.

Also I enjoyed the original Baten Kaitos's battle system, and I thought the system in the sequel sucked while everyone said it was awesome.

Shadow of the Colossus
I love the artwork of the game and its design. BUT ITS SO FUCKING BORING, you walk around and kill like what is it 10 giant boss guys, and that's the game. Its just such a boring game, but I love the empty feeling you get when you first start playing it and are looking around.

Tectron suggested that I play Kirby Super Star Ultra, and damn, does it suck.

I also didn't care for Resident Evil 4, but I just don't like most FPSs, there's nothing really bad about the game itself.
