Let's talk about my health.

I'll update this image daily.

Dots are the weights, blue line is the trend, and the dotted blue line is the projection.

Also, any tips on how to gain weight?

How do I get muscles? Got any exercise routines that do not involve lifting?

Lifting weights will impair my development, considering my young age.

Daddy

that is untrue.

eat more protein

Walter

Do situps, pushups, and squats. Eat hefty portions, not a bunch of junk (fatty, processed foods)

Why are you asking us, you're the doctor.

Do situps, pushups, and squats.

Do you have any routines in particular, involving the actual number of these different exercises to do and how often?

Experience.

If you can get a hold of Trevor, he's pretty good with that stuff. Once he posted a good routine for every body section on Oostid

Paul

Actually do the number of sit ups and push ups that Mr. Peponakis asks.

Haha, I love his routine. We only do like two pushups and three situps.

I'm trying to gain a little bit of muscle, and until I can gain access to gym at the college I'm going to in the fall I do a light regiment: forty pushups, thirty situps, and sixty or so calf raises a day. This won't get you buff by any means, but it's a start, though you'll likely have to start with fewer reps if you haven't been working out at all.

You'll also want to eat to go along with this, but if you start eating copiously, you've got to get adequate exercise to go with it, or you'll just get fat. Getting some free weights and doing a little lifting with those isn't going to impair your development.

Here's an idea for a basic regiment for you to try:

  • 10 pushups

  • 10 situps

  • 20 calf raises

Do this about twenty four hours, and try to up your reps by five or so every week.

Also, read this, as these guys know a hell of lot more about it than I do: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=328670&highlight=Fitness
