Gravity in IMAX 3D. Please go see it that way if at all possible, it was a fucking experience. 7/7
My mom was on the verge of tears the entire time

I saw Gravity in stupid regular theater. It was extremely stressful, and pretty darn entertaining. 7.8/10.

I can't even imagine how it was in IMAX. Damn IMAX by me wasn't playing it....

I saw a bunch of movies with my family during thanksgiving break

On Netflix: Hercules, ParaNorman, Hunger Games
In theaters: Frozen, Thor 2, Catching Fire
With extended family: The Heat

It's been so long since I last saw Hercules in my childhood that I hardly remembered it
ParaNorman is a sorta-funny and ridiculous zombie/ghost movie
This was my first time watching Hunger Games (and its sequel) and I think they're good. I don't read books.
Frozen is really great, probably my favorite non-Pixar Disney film
Thor is good, I liked the silly portals fight, but it's also silly in some less appealing ways (like that romance)
The Heat is... fine, I guess. I felt like many parts were really awful, but it was occasionally amusing.
