I think the idea behind it is to shoot the guy before he hits the ground so he flies into the air and then shoot him each time he begins to fall, I've only gotten it to work once or twice, and I didn't get very far.

for air sk8ting after you shoot him once all you have to do is hold the left click button down to keep him moving up and let go for him to go down
