Favorite Mario Kart class?

Up until Double Dash, I had always chosen the light characters because of their quick acceleration and it's eaither to get back up when you are being battered with red shells, but on MKWii I have favored the heavier karts because I love pushing the tiny ones off the tracks And people get really pissed off when you do it on Rainbow Road 

So yeah, which class do you favor.
