If you already beat the dungeon on isle of gust then head to mercay island.

Jump when the wind is blowing if you are stuck and haven't beaten the dungeon on isle of gust.

ORACLE OF SEASONS/AGES(Two games, GET BOTH IF YOU CAN)

Aren't they almost exactly the same?

Anyway where can I get a decent emulation of it?

No. They've got different stories and different elemental manipulations. In Oracle of Seasons, the gameplay revolves around using a rod and obtaining season-changing abilities to progress. In Ages, you use a harp or something (I really don't remember) to change between ages to advance.

Plus, if you have both of them, you can link them together and get a lot of cool extra weapons, like a special boomerang and the Biggoron's Sword.
