verizon sucks

add your wii to the demilitarized zone
The demilitarized zone doesn't affect my Wi-Fi lag whatsoever.

The Speaker Of Words

I use the Wi-Fi connector and there's hardly any lag ever.

Damn it all... why do I have to use a mac. It's impossible for me to follow these instructions when they are meant for windows. =/ There is nothing in my control panel about my wii. Unless I am just doing it completely wrong.

As long as you have a browser, you should be able to access your router's control panel. It's an IP address you enter into your browser's address bar and you're directed to it.

try 192.168.0.1 goonish

Sorry I am such a noob.   >.<

It says to enter a name and password to see the page... But are you sure doing all this will help the lag? I am somewhat skeptical and I don't want to go through the hassle if it won't help.

Hmm. Well I don't know what the fuck is wrong because my admin name isn't working nor does does switching it around. Which is weird because this window pops up all the time when I mess with stuff and it always works. Eh, whatever. >_______>

I did that numerous times but it's being very uncooperative. I changed my admin pass and shit to make sure everything was hunky dory but it's just not working. Anyway, I think it would be best not to screw around with the router settings considering my dad is being VERY pissy about his connection. He has been blaming his inability to hook up his computer to our wireless signal on the fact that I hook up my wii and 360 through it. Doing anything that might slightly upset him useally isn't worth it.
