1) The game hasn't been released yet so you can't say whether it's good or not. Remember how Asses Creed was supposed to be one of the greatest action adventure games of all time?
2) Assuming your computer isn't just utter shit, since Americans actually tend to have decent computers, a simple RAM or cheap GPU upgrade would be fine. TF2 doesn't require much.

I just need a decent graphics card. Mine is very old but TF2 runs ok, just not as good as I'd like.
