Will an Australian Macbook work in the US? Or does it not matter.
Say I buy a Macbook from an, is the the same shit as I would buy here in the US?

Yes. psyduck;

Regardless of where you buy it, the only difference would be in the wall plug, and there are five dollar adaptors most everywhere.
