LoZ: Link to the past, seizures?

At the title screen, the background flashes rapidly for a while. Nintendo did not put any warnings for this.
They didn't even make changes for virtual console. Any one else noticed this?

They have the warning at the Wii's boot up.  If some one needs 2 warnings, they deserve to get a seizure.
