It also allows you to play any PlayStation disc that you may have in your PlayStation3.

Or view the Playstation game your PS3 is playing. :|

Still an even stupider idea than GBA-GC connectivity.

From my understanding you can "view" the PS1 game playing on your PS3 in any place that has WiFi. Much better then GBA-GCN though still rather useless.

it technically is just viewing since your ps3 is doing all the work and the psp is nothing but a wireless controller with a screen

And wow, let's leave our PS3s on while we visit Africa so that I can play Tomb Raider through my PS3 and hope my house doesn't burn down and my electric bill doesn't exceed two grand. :|

You can remotely turn your PlayStation 3 on and off from any Wi-Fi location.
