We brought it back to Bestbuy they said it worked fine, and sometime removing the power cord and putting it back in will fix it. So my mom told them if she has to bring it back tomorrow she is going to be pissed. Right now im testing it.

I got one RRoD, but that was months ago, and nothing has happened since. Also I've gotten one freeze while playing Bioshock.
