I've played both and the only difference worth bitching about is the control scheme, and I'm perfectly fine with dual sticks control.

Sure, the lack of updates is retarded, but I still love the original maps enough to keep playing them.

Oh and don't even compare me to Lawlz. TF2 is the only game that I will agree isn't as good as the PC version. Online games from valve are ment to be played on the PC.

Lack of people online, nope. Look for more than a few minutes that that game search will be  listing a dozen or more games that aren't full.

Laggy servers, if you happen to connect to someone on the other side of the planet then yeah. Otherwise it's not laggy at all.

Also, maybe the community is better on the 360 version. Sure we don't have updates or mods, but we have fun.

Mods are what ultimately make the game more fun 
I played TF2 on the 360 for quite some time. In fact I have every achievement for it.  So I'm not like Lawlz where I argue about something being better when I haven't played whatever I'm against.
The PC version is much better though. Waaaaay more replayability. The 360 version has 6 maps and that's it. It grows old very quickly.

The 360 version of L4D is supposed to get the new maps as soon as the PC one does, and the 360 TF2 is supposed to have a massive update soon

The "massive update" was supposed to be in november
And yeah L4D on the other hand is a little better on the 360 version. It just feels more awesome.
