No. Brand new. And we are sending it in, there's not really any other option. My brother's just spent their cash on Halo 3 though so they're going to be pissed f it comes back disk-less.

I have that Spider-man and Venom game on my genesis. It's pretty good from what I've played, which isn't much, since I rarely play my genesis.

Been playing the crap out of Symphony of the Night.

I technically beat the game, but I still need to get 200.6% of the castle and beat Richter mode.
