well no shit and i never said it was bigger for that reason
it looks more comfortable to hold, I like the matte feel, I much prefer the way it looks, the start/select/home buttons are much better, etc

it's really not going to be that bad, plus they at least have some sort of filter over the screen to help minimize any kind of pixelation

the pixel density of my laptop is 107.89 pixels per inch, while on my external monitor it's 89.37 ppi
on the 3ds it's 132.15 ppi on the top screen, 132.45 on the bottom
on the 3dsxl it's 95.59 top, 95.69 bottom

so really it's not great, but still better than my monitor that looks just fine

the 3ds does have a short battery life, but id compare it to psp's battery length; about 4-5 hrs.
but at least psp's made sense, as it was spinning a disc constantly, so that would drain battery, but 3ds uses carts, so i dont get it myself.

but there is a nice, cheap accessory you can buy that gives you effectively 10-12 hrs of battery for the 3ds. a battery pack add-on for only like 15$

not bad but i wish the main battery did last a bit longer myself.

I get 12+ hours on a DSi.

A couple days after I got my 3DS, I left it in sleep mode for a few hours. It went from a 90% charge to dead without even being used.
