Beat the Elite four and the guy blocking a cave in Victory road will go away.

Whats the stone out there for, I was going to get a Xatu over there because some bitch said there were a lot of them over there. Turns out she is a fucking liar.

No Xatu's there, even with Pokeradar. I caught a Dusclops with  Pokeradar, but I found a metric shitload of Chatot's
