Did anybody else hate it?

I've beaten all Mario games except SMB 2, 3, 64, and SML 3 if you count that.

Beat SMB 1, SMW, SMW 2, SM Sunshine, SML 1, and 2, and NSMB. SMW is my favorite, then SMW 2.


64 was pretty uninteresting to me, changed a lot from the 2D games which I don't blame Nintendo for because it's going to have to. Just a little irritating to me but I liked it, not loved. Sunshine was more fun for me.

As good as SMW was, I lost interest when I had to play it with a GCN controller cause I don't feel like wasting twenty bucks on a classic controller.

...I played mine on an SNES, then later on a GBA.

For my nostalgia I have to have the controller or at least no analog to play SNES and before games.

Super Mario 64 sucks entirely. Sure, it was "revolutionary," but that doesn't mean it wasn't complete crap. The first good 3D platformer was Banjo-Kazooie.  Also, had SM64 been more than about 60% complete, it actually may have been decent. It sucked because Nintendo wanted to rush it out the door to accommodate the release of the N64.

Actually, I like it more than a few of the 2D ones. I've never been a huge Mario fan though.

Thats because you have no nostalgia of a SNES controller like me.

Just for your information, I did have an SNES when I was young, I just didn't get to play it that often. I didn't find the controller as comfortable as others did.

Did anybody else hate Super Mario 64? Seriously, this game was absolutely terrible.

OMG I HAVE FOUND MY SOUL MATE.  Okay, maybe not, but seriously, I have never met anyone else ever who agrees with me on this.  I hate that fucking game.
