It's becoming increasingly obvious that there's several things I should change about my current way of living to maintain a happier and healthier lifestyle. I've suddenly started buying milk, and I'm going to try to start drinking less Mountain Dew. I'm also getting some snacks that are healthier, like beef jerky.
The second big change that needs to happen is my sleeping schedule. It's the end of the semester now so it's a bit late for that, but the next semester I'm going to try really hard to make a decent sleeping schedule for myself.
What ways are you trying to better your life? giggle;
Beef jerky isn't all that healthy aside from the protein.
But I'm trying to do sit ups and push ups every day, and next semester I'm not going to fall behind on the readings
my health and body
the things I eat
learning to forgive quickly and forget even faster
I'd like to get in shape, but idk
Ever since my dad died I've been gradually taking more steps to increase my physical and mental well-being, and they've paid off big time.
I stopped drinking pop/soda. Or anything carbonated for that matter. It's been about a year and 3 months since I've had any.
I've tried to lessen my eating habits and cut down on the junk and red meats and such. Which has been surprisingly easy for me.
I've also been exercising regularly and I've been feeling pretty damn good physically.
As for my mental well-being, I haven't done so much. I've actually been falling behind on school, and focusing more on recreation and such. Mainly friends and computers in the past few months. The downfall in school takes a hit to my self-esteem, but I've got things to help out with that. Such as Jasmine. giggle;
LIFTING AND PUSHUPS MAYBE.
I AM HEALTHY OK
Uhm, therapy I guess.
I've been drinking more water recently and I've been cutting down on carbonated drinks.

We actually smashed eachother with them. baddood;
I have been trying to eat healthy but I've been finding it pretty hard. It sucks, because it is counterproductive to the fact that I'm working out.
I can't wait for the semester to be over.

OH GOD I EAT SO UNHEALTHY
I started to get to the point where my farts smell like death. I'm trying to change my ways but after dropping off my gf at like 3am I love to get some taco bell, on the way to her house is the 24 taco bell that sells BIG BELL BOX MEALS! How the shit can I resist for only $6.20
also i think i need some cardio
before i could do like 25 sprints around the gym, including up and down stairs, and now i am getting tired when i go to get the laundry ;-;
Oh yeah and though some people disagree with me I've been improving myself as a human being by seeing what culture has to offer. I'm trying to see all the movies I've missed. Trying to read some books, though this is a little harder task for me.
I've seen 15 movies in the past two weeks.

I realized that in the recently watched thread and was like 'wth does he watch one every day?'
How do you have the patience for that many movies?

How do you have the patience for that many movies?
I'm not sure.
I tend to finish every movie I start. I usually watch movies in more than one part if they're longer than 90 minutes. A Clockwork Orange took three parts and 2001 took about four. I've yet to finish the last hour of A Scanner Darkly.
If you think about it one movie a day isn't that bad. It's about the average at which each person watches TV (assuming they're on the upper end of the average scale.)
EATS GREENS.
Because my parents say they will have to take my highly-anemic ass to the hospital if I don't. n_u
They're always like "WE ARE WORRIED YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ENUFF IRONS" and I'm like, but vegetables are gross. X:
Uh, I'm pretty active though. I'm a jock, I play sports. baddood;
The musical is actually pretty much a work-out. Especially when we dance, we have a to stretch and do a bunch of warm-up shit.
Not to mention that when you're late, you have to do laps around the auditorium, which, as you've seen, is pretty big. n_u
But I hate doing stairs though, ever since I fell down them freshman year, I've been afraid to go too fast down them. ;-;
Too many things to count. saddood;
Oh Clucky. saddood;
i try but i fail giggle;

I should probably try to exercise too... I always try to start, then stop soon after. I feel like a smoker who's trying to quit. befuddlement

Cultural improvement is very important if you ask me, and it's good to see you doing that. Don't go too overboard though.
I basically started all this a while ago, but
Lifting weights, and cardio like running and biking.
Eating well i guess....though I could do much better. Also recently at work i have been drinking unsweetened iced tea more than orange soda.
As for mentally, I think I am as good as I'm gonna get as far as that goes. Meditation, and just general reflection.
Also having interests helps.
I've been working out every day after school since last Monday, which has also led to me sleeping more/better hours at which I sleep.
don't drink milk it's not really good for you
I don't have any life improvements schemes because I'm lazy and also don't think I need any
I mean it would be nice to get more than 4 hours of sleep on school nights but really what the hell gets done when you're asleep so fuck that

Thus the reason of it eating it
with things. You don't drink it alone unless you're weird. You have it with a meal or in your cereal (which is high in magnesium, by the way).
Idiot.

Well then eat the wheat things. You don't have to eat the sugary ones. My personal favorite is Raisin Bran.
