Cultural improvement is very important if you ask me, and it's good to see you doing that. Don't go too overboard though.

I basically started all this a while ago, but

Lifting weights, and cardio like running and biking.
Eating well i guess....though I could do much better. Also recently at work i have been drinking unsweetened iced tea more than orange soda.

As for mentally, I think I am as good as I'm gonna get as far as that goes. Meditation, and just general reflection.
Also having interests helps.

I've been working out every day after school since last Monday, which has also led to me sleeping more/better hours at which I sleep.

I don't have any life improvements schemes because I'm lazy and also don't think I need any

I mean it would be nice to get more than 4 hours of sleep on school nights but really what the hell gets done when you're asleep so fuck that

I tried with the situps.  I missed about two days this month so far.  I'd do a set of 50 before school and 50 later in the evening.
